Yes. Each lot goes to an independent laboratory for identity and purity work before it is listed. The certificate is filed against that lot’s number and ships with your order, so you can check the exact batch in your hands against the paperwork on file.
What does “research use only” mean?
Everything in the catalog is sold for laboratory and research use. None of it is for human or animal consumption, and nothing here carries a usage claim of any kind. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the United States in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking on every box. Shipping is free above $200; a flat rate applies under that line. Carrier choices, cutoff times and transit windows are listed at checkout and in the shipping policy.
What does the outside of the box look like?
Plain, unbranded, with no product names printed on the exterior. Lyophilized material travels well; keep it out of heat and light once it reaches you, and log it into your own records on arrival.
What happens if a box arrives damaged?
Email us within seven days with photos and your order number. Anything that clearly happened in transit is replaced at our discretion. Full terms are in the returns policy.
